Custom Orders
How to Place Your Custom Order
Choose the bag design you want to order, then browse the gallery to select a fabric.
To order a Baby Gift Set, click the + button, then choose a collection from the drop-down list. Scroll down to Baby Fabric Collections to see the swatches.
To order a single product, choose the fabric, then highlight and copy the fabric title. Click the + button under your chosen design, then paste the fabric name into the field.
At checkout, choose Request Quote as the payment method.
Within 1 business day, you will receive an estimated delivery date and a Payment Link. Once we receive your payment, your order enters the production queue.

Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your custom order:
1. Fabric Choices:
Once you confirm your fabric selection, it’s official! We cannot make changes after confirmation unless the fabric unexpectedly goes out of stock or becomes unavailable.
2. Our Production Queue:
All custom, handmade orders go into a production queue and are completed in the order received. This ensures every piece gets the dedicated time and detail it deserves.
3. Turnaround Times & Approvals:
We will reach out to you within 1 business day with an estimated turnaround time for your item. Please review this timeline carefully and ensure the proposed delivery date works for you before giving your final confirmation.
4. Prepayment & Securing Your Spot:
Because these items are custom-made just for you, we require full prepayment. Once you confirm your order details, we will send you a secure payment link for the item and shipping fees. Please note that we cannot place your order into the production queue until payment is fully processed.
5. Production & Refund Policy:
We will update you as soon as your order reaches the front of the line and crafting begins. Because the materials are tailored to your specific request, all payments become completely non-refundable once we cut the fabric.

Because we work with such exclusive quantities, once a specific fabric sells out, we cannot restock it. As a result, most of our handmade custom bags are limited editions, crafted for those who appreciate rare, premium individuality and high-quality craftsmanship.
