How to Place a Custom Order

Follow these simple steps to place your order:

Step 1: Scroll down and choose what you would like to order, whether it's a full Baby Set or a single product.


Step 2: Once you've picked your product, click the button to Choose Your Fabric.


Step 3: Browse our Fabric Gallery to find the fabric you like. Copy the fabric name, then click the button to Place Your Order.


Step 4: In the Order Form, paste the fabric name under Product Type & Fabric. Write which product you wish to make with that fabric.


Step 5: Fill out the Order Form and send it.


Step 6: Within 1 business day, you will receive an estimated delivery date and a Payment Link. Once we receive your payment, your order enters the production queue.

Terms & Conditions for Custom Orders

Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your custom order:

1. Fabric Choices:

Once you confirm your fabric selection, it’s official! We cannot make changes after confirmation unless the fabric unexpectedly goes out of stock or becomes unavailable.


2. Our Production Queue:

All custom, handmade orders go into a production queue and are completed in the order received. This ensures every piece gets the dedicated time and detail it deserves.


3. Turnaround Times & Approvals:

We will reach out to you within 1 business day with an estimated turnaround time for your item. Please review this timeline carefully and ensure the proposed delivery date works for you before giving your final confirmation.


4. Prepayment & Securing Your Spot:

Because these items are custom-made just for you, we require full prepayment. Once you confirm your order details, we will send you a secure payment link for the item and shipping fees. Please note that we cannot place your order into the production queue until payment is fully processed.


5. Production & Refund Policy:

We will send you an update the moment your order reaches the front of the line and crafting begins. Because the materials are tailored to your specific request, all payments become completely non-refundable once we cut the fabric.
